Toen ik zelf gezondheidsproblemen kreeg, ben ik bij de Chinese geneeswijzen (voornamelijk acupunctuur en kruiden) terecht gekomen, gezien de klassieke geneeskunde mij onvoldoende kon verder helpen. Dit was een ‘thuiskomen’ naar mijn aanvoelen.  Gaandeweg ben ik overtuigd geraakt dat samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines, tussen klassieke en complementaire geneeskunde, de beste resultaten geeft – zeker bij complexere patiënten. Hierbij baseer ik me zoveel mogelijk op wetenschappelijke kennis en inzichten.

Na het behalen van mijn diploma acupunctuur in 2017 ontwikkel ik steeds meer mijn eigen visie binnen de Chinese geneeswijzen. De start van deze praktijk is hierin een nieuwe stap.
